Frequently asked questions
Does this tool predict whether Meta will approve my template?
No. It runs entirely in your browser and only checks Meta's public format rules (lengths, variables, buttons): it does not evaluate content, predict the category, or guarantee approval. The final decision is always Meta's, in the real review of your template.
Does it use artificial intelligence to review my template?
No: everything runs in your browser with fixed rules. There is no AI content review, and your template is never sent to any server.
Why does a named variable instead of a numbered one only show a warning?
Meta allows two variable formats: a numbered one (the default) and a named one. This checker fully reviews the numbered format; if you use the named one, the warning is just a reminder to manually confirm it meets Meta's rules.
What happens if I pick the authentication category?
Authentication templates do not support a header (typing one here flags an error), and the body uses a fixed preset text from Meta with your verification code: whatever you type in the body here is just a placeholder, Meta uses its own. They also don't support quick-reply, link or call buttons: only the authentication-specific ones (copy code or one-tap autofill), which this checker doesn't model.
Why can't I submit the template to Meta from here?
This tool is only a free, no-signup format check. To create and submit the real template you need a WhatsApp Business API account, managed from WhatsApp Manager or Meta's API.
